I honestly like this change and believe it’s a step in the right direction. I’m hopeful that this change in focus of attention will make a perceptible difference in the servers.

This was a very interesting read. Some players don't understand the extent of how many reports/appeals the moderation team receives, and that members of the staff team also have their own, personal lives.

If you have video evidence of a player violating the rules, you are able to report the user via the website.

You may be getting kicked for unreliable connection, especially if you are spawning in an area with many players.Additionally, make sure you are using a wired condition using an Ethernet cable, as this might help if your ping is exceeding the max limit.

Hello,
If you are talking about hiring drivers in game, you can do so via the in-game menu, or by going to a recruitment agency. You will not be able to see these drivers in game, as they are AI.
You have already created a VTC, so If you're asking about sharing that you are in a VTC to others, you can put it in your in-game tag.
You are able to put a tag next to your name by pressing TAB, and then clicking the gear icon on the bottom left corner of the menu.

Currently, TMP supports the up-to-date version of ETS2. So you can select "None." If that is not working, try the solution below:
Step 1
Open Steam and go to your Library,
Right-click on Euro Truck Simulator 2 and open Properties,
After the Properties window has opened click on Local Files tab and press Browse Local Files,
A folder with game files will open, then copy the path to this folder.
Step 2
Click Start -> Run (or WIN+R),
Type regedit and hit enter,
Follow the path HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\TruckersMP,
Double click on InstallLocationATS,
Paste the previously copied path in Value data.

That is a modification you are talking about, not a DLC. Those type of mods are not supported by TMP. You can see the list of supported mods here:

As said above, the winter mod replaces rain. Make sure your rain probability slider is set high. Also, if you have console enabled, type "g_set_weather_1," and that should make snow fall. Snow effects adds snowfall to the game, like you said; however, it also replaces rain.

No, Promods does not have its own launcher. You will need to install Promods, then join the respective server via TMP's launcher. Here is a knowledge base article on how to install the mod, and play on multiplayer: https://truckersmp.com/knowledge-base/article/614

Along with what was mentioned above, you are also able to use the latest autosave. I have never had my trailer flip, but sometimes take damage due to it bouncing upon accepting a job. When you drive on the prompt to pick up your cargo, the game automatically saves. When your cargo bounces or spawns upside down, load the latest autosave and pick up your cargo again.

This happens when you select and purchase the sleeper cabin with the Volvo FH. To avoid this, go into singleplayer, and choose one of the other cabins.

Are you running Windows 32bit or 64bit? TruckersMP requires you to have Windows Vista, 7, 8, 8.1, or 10 to run multiplayer. 32bit is not supported by TMP. Here is a link to the specifications to play multiplayer: https://truckersmp.com/knowledge-base/article/20

When you press and hold the "X" key, and have your CB enabled, other players will hear you, only if they are nearby, and on the same channel. When you are talking on CB, there is no way to see yourself; therefore, you should ask someone if they can hear you. Be sure that you are on the same CB channel as the person whom you are asking. To change your CB radio channel, access the chat by pressing "Y" and type "/channel (channel you want to join)." The CB resets to the default channel every time you launch multiplayer. Additionally, you can test your microphone in the sound settings of the TAB menu. As stated above, as of now, you are unable to change the keybind.

If the email does not exist, you should still be able to access the account and change the email via Steam and TruckersMP, unless you have enabled two-factor authentication. I have quoted §3 - Save Editing, found in the official rules, below:
"Causing extreme lag or game crashes by save editing is not permitted. Extreme lag will not occur from duplicate parts unless the amount is truly excessive. Using truck parts on cars or buses. If you save edit to create a very long trailer combination but cannot safely handle it, you are liable to be banned for reckless driving and/or blocking and it is recommended that you remove the particular modification(s). If the Game Moderation Management thinks that your modification is not fit for our servers or negatively impacts other people, you are liable to be banned."

As long as you are abiding by the rules quoted above, you are allowed to save edit cabin accessories in your truck. For example, if you wish to place a Scania logo backlight in your Volvo, that wouldn't be an issue.
