    CD Road is a very tight road which people go down, other than going across on the motorway... Maybe implementing a second lane would surely utilise traffic buildup and also have a overtaking lane, making fuel stops/ truck stops larger for the majority that go down that road would also decrease problems for trucks moving in and out of such areas...
