TruckersMP doesn't have those AI vehicles that you see in singleplayer mode. They do have plans for this, though. On top of this, American Truck Simulator doesn't have many players, so you will mostly be driving on empty roads. If you wish to know where most players are, you can check the traffic status and live map websites.
