I made an appeal but the admin will not respond

I’m banned for the following reason, 

They think this is hacking but idk how to use hacks in this game and why. I was in a queue of 300 people i think and I was driving to Amsterdam. When I was on the highway I was in ghost mode and saw nine players, but in the video you see that I hit those players and I got no damage.
