  1. Thanks, it worked!! I didn't know that was all the case!
  2. Obviously the topic asks the question. I need to change my forum email address, and I've looked everywhere, and can't figure out how to do it. Can someone help me out?
  3. I can't help but find the first statement false. Each DLC is different, but it's a matter of what they want to do, I feel. The ETS2 Heavy Haul was up within hours of release. There's no reason that this one should be any different.

    Convoy Rules?

My apologies for the double post, but just last night I was driving with a friend, and I saw a convoy with some trucks blocking the road. When I reported it, there was no response. I feel like while some people find these rules common sense, not everyone does, and therefore it needs to be done.

    Convoy Rules?

Thank you all for your opinions and input! I really seriously feel like something should be done about this. Obviously not all convoys are bad, but some of them can be, or some drivers can be bad ones, because they don't know the rules either. However, a regular driver cannot be penalized for not knowing a convoys temporary rules. Therefore, if there is a base set of rules for all convoys and anyone around them, it should be not a problem.

    Convoy Rules?

And yet, when there's temporary rules, non-convoy members are bothered by this because... 1) If a convoy makes their own temporary rules, the outside traffic does not know them. 2) If a non-convoy member is following road rules and convoys have temporary rules, convoys tend to continue following their own rules and that's where accidents occur. 3) I honestly think that if there's base rules that ALL convoys can follow, the non-convoy members know the rules, and the convoys know the rules. I'm simply trying to avoid all conflicts between convoys and non-convoy drivers, to avoid accidents, reports, and mostly, outrageous fights.

    Convoy Rules?

Thank you, I feel like you really made a point of what I've been trying to say. What you've pointed out is pretty much what I've been trying to say all along!

    Convoy Rules?

Well in this case it's more truck convoy geared...

    Convoy Rules?

When I say rules, I'm referring to traffic light rules, overtaking rules, sitting in certain areas, etc. I've heard so many different sides that it's unsure of what's true and what isn't.

    Convoy Rules?

Which is why I'm asking for the simple base rules. Some things I've heard Admins say to do, while I've heard other Admins say not to do it.

    Convoy Rules?

It keeps showing me that someone comments but it's not here. Thank you if you have, and thanks to those who agree!!

    Convoy Rules?

Thanks. While I know it should be basically the regular rules of driving, it seems like people are very loosy goosey about convoys.

    Convoy Rules?

I say below 30 works, but at the same time, a base set would work for ALL convoys. Thanks for agreeing!

    Convoy Rules?

Thanks guys!! Btw, someone agreed but the comment is gone..... Thanks to you too!

    Convoy Rules?

But see, that's just it. How many people will know to make temporary rules? There's a convoy every weekend at the same time that varies on how many attend, so those temporary rules don't do much because one day it can be 14 drivers, the next day it can be 35. Honestly, I've heard so many mixed results on what the rules are. One Admin says convoys can run red lights, another Admin says you can't. One Admin says convoys can park on the side of the road, but another Admin will say no to that same area. One Admin will say okay overtake this driver, another can say the convoy will get banned if they overtake. The rules are very vague on a MP-wide scenario that gives us this issue. What we want are the simple base rules that would apply to EVERY convoy, regardless of size.
