you will not be banned but if your reports are not valid and they are denied then your limit will decrease until you cannot do any webreports more.

The biggest problem is that the intersection is blocked by people driving through a red light so why not install a kick system when driving through red light for busy places you keep it more a sim server this way in my opinion anyway.  the intersection will be less blocked and don't need a game moderator 24/7 this way so is a win win situation
