  1. Could be useful in some situation, but you don't even need to type /pinfo. If you want to report someone, I just do the following: * record your screen actively or make a flashback recording after an accident; * look at the video and search for the in-game tag of the perpetrator; * upload the video; * open logs (documents > ETS2MP > logs > open file "log_spawning_[date]"; * CTRL + F; * type the in-game tag of the perpetrator between semicolons, e.g. (1234); * copy paste their name, TMPID, and SteamID64 to your report; add link to the video. All these steps combined literally take like ~3 minutes per report. Just make sure your video is clearly showing their username and in-game tag and you'd be fine. PS. I believe you do need to click a box in the tab settings in order to collect the logs.
  2. Smooth pictures, deserved winners
  3. You're amazing! Thanks for your help. This can now be moved to solved.
  4. Greetings from Washington
  5. I've read several times that a link to a picture (e.g. a link to imgur) that the picture will automatically be posted, but in my case that doesn't seem to work: it will remain a link. Using the button "Insert media from URL" doesn't work either for me. Same goes for adding a new file since I have 0.01MB left and I can't delete the old files. I'd like to know what I'm doing wrong.
  6. Like @Hecki_Stafman said, this question was multiple choice, meaning that people were able to click multiple answers. Hence, it is statistically incorrect and worthless to add up percentages like that as the counts are likely not unique persons. There are always people who will complain and they have the right to as being part of the community. But if we look at the stats of the servers, it is just business as usual (see below). So when people scream that they will leave or that TMP is now 'dead', that's just a scream for attention. In the end, most people will just play and adjust to the new situation. https://imgur.com/lZFI1Gd
  7. Just got my G29 + Shifter delivered. Can't wait to finally get rid of keyboard driving

      Fantastic news!
Enjoy the increased realism and drive safely! :)

Good job, I've been playing with G29+Shifter for 2 years. I'm sure you will be satisfied! ;):check:

  8. I didn't know this, but this is great if you are not (or forgot to) recording. I mostly use "Windows key + ALT + R" to record in busy sections and "Windows key + ALT + G" to record my last 30 seconds (highlight flashback). The highlight flashback works even if you're not recording, but your method is more useful if you want a bigger 'flashback'

    Easter Eggs

I don't think this is supposed to be a metro sign. I found another one in a unspecified town on road 395 between Burns and Pendleton (Oregon) and this one was placed next to a fastfood restaurant, so I guess they're referencing to McDonalds. https://imgur.com/3Ajzzn2 (map: https://imgur.com/lKyS0uc)

    Easter Eggs

Came across these UFOs today. Here's a video of one cycle: There are also billboards around Albuquerque with references to the Netflix series "Better call Saul". Forgot to take a picture of that, will try to spot it again when I'm in New Mexico again.

    ATS MP

Didn't work at first because I forgot to delete every file regarding the launcher first, so everyone who has the same issue: check first if you've deleted everything. After that it was installed within a second. Thanks problem solved.

    ATS MP

I have recently bought ATS and have connected it to my TMP account today. I would like to access the multiplayer, but the launcher only shows the button for ETS2? (check picture below) What am I doing wrong or do I have to give it some time?
  13. Personally I wouldn't implement this idea. The chance of clicking the wrong person is pretty high I think, especially if you're still moving and in high populated areas. I would also second @_Russian's idea. Regarding reporting players it is, in my opinion, best to stick to recording and your documented logs and report players through the website as many in-game reports are not dealt with in time. From your record you can find the name and in-game tag, if you have that information you can find their TMPID and SteamID in your logs. Those things combined are basically all you need for a web report and only takes a few minutes to execute.
  14. Oh come on. All staff, including the in-game admins, are volunteers. They do this free of charge and besides their daily lives. I do not know what their activity is, but it is ridiculous to expect them to monitor every inch in the game 24/7. And you know that too. Like @_Russian already said: if you know it all so well, maybe you should try the job yourself. With all due respect, but acting like an armchair general is so cheap.
  15. I wonder if any of the people who complain have already tried it out since last night when the change was implemented. My first impression was being surprised, I did not see this coming and I think it is a shame that we as a community are being limited for a group of trolls that cannot handle speed. On the other hand, I believe the TMP staff would not implement this to bully us, but to - hopefully - increase the simulation feeling of the game and that is ultimately the core of this game. For me personally it is not going to be a big deal anyway, because I mostly drive heavy hauls from World of Trucks so I already was limited to 90 km/h. If you're used to driving 150 km/h you will need some time to get used to that, but eventually it does add so much realism to the game that I now prefer these slower speeds. I am sure the community will adept to this change. Let's give it time to try it out before jumping into conclusions too quickly, shall we?
  16. Yeah, that's what I meant. If that is indeed the case, than this issue is solved and can be closed. Thanks!
  17. Hey, on truckersmp.com I have selected the option to receive emails in the Site Settings section. However, I do not receive emails. I have verified and double checked my email and it's correct. Is this issue known and is there any way to fix it?
  18. @Soul Knight Yes, it's solved. Thank you
  19. I think he indeed deleted his account. I recorded his ramming, but he immediately logged off so I was unable to /pinfo his details and was thus unable to locate his SteamID. I did, however, verify his TMPID through my documented logs. I'll save the video for now. Thanks for the answers guys!
  20. Hi guys, I noted the TMPID of someone two days ago and just tried to find his profile. Turns out his profile does not exist, although I have found his TMPID and name back in my two days old logs?
