Hello,
-Check if your video card driver is up to date.
-Right click on Steam>Library>ETS2>Properties>Local Files>Verify Integrity of Game Cache
-Delete My Documents/Euro Truck Simulator 2/config.cfg and create a new profile and enter the game.
If you follow these methods, your problem will be solved.
