Hello, thank you for creating a new topic in our help section. You have to reinstall the whole TruckersMP Launcher to get the "Launch ATS" button. In the installation you have to select American Truck Simulator as well. Please follow the steps below to completely reinstall the TruckersMP Launcher: - First of all search for the folder %programdata% - Once you opened that folder, try to find the folder TruckersMP and delete it. - Open your documents and delete the folder(s) ETS2MP / ATSMP - Once you have done that, open your windows control panel and head over to programs and features. Once you are in there, delete the TruckersMP Launcher. - After that head over to our download page and download the Launcher. - Once the launcher is downloaded, run it as Administrator and follow the instructions. Hallo, vielen Dank für das Erstellen eines Forum Themas. Um den richtigen Dateipfad zu finden, mache folgendes: - Öffne Steam und gehe in deine Bibliothek - Mache einen Rechtsklick auf Euro Truck Simulator 2 und öffne Eigenschaften - Nachdem sich das Eigenschaften Fenster geöffnet hat, klicke auf Lokale Dateien und dann auf Lokale Dateien durchsuchen... - Ein Ordner mit Spieldateien wird sich öffnen. Kopiere den Dateipfad dieses Ordners und füge diesen in das Installationsfenster ein. --> Wie du es im obigen Screenshot von Cheeki sehen kannst Ich hoffe, dass ich dir weiterhelfen konnte! Hallo, vielen Dank für deine Antwort! In deiner Fehlermeldung findet man folgenden auffäliigen Fehler: <ERROR> [dx11] meta_copy: failed to create SRV (0x887a0005) Es sieht so aus, als würde deine Grafikkarte Probleme haben. Bitte stelle sicher, dass alle Grafiktreiber auf dem neusten Stand sind. Außerdem stelle sicher, dass deine Grafikkarte nicht übertaktet ist, da dies oftmals auch Probleme in Euro Truck Simulator 2 auslösen kann. Desweiteren kannst du mal versuchen deinen Spieldateien auf Fehler überprüfen zu lassen: - öffne deine Bibliothek - mache ein Rechtsklick auf ETS2/ATS - öffne die Eigenschaften - gehe zu den "Lokalen Dateien" - drücke auf "Lokale Dateien/Spieldateien auf Fehler untersuchen" - nun warte bis dies abgeschlossen ist Ich freue mich auf eine Antwort! Könntest du bitte dein Problem nochmals genauer beschreiben: - Stürtzt dein Spiel im Singleplayer sowohl als auch im Multiplayer ab? - Benutzt du irgendwelche Modifikation wie z.B Local Mods, oder Singleplayer Mods? - Bei welchem Schritt stürzt dein Spiel ab? Beim Laden des Profil, beim herumfahren, etc. Wie bereits Zysto gesagt hat, würde uns die game.log mehr helfen. Diese findest du in: C:\Users%Username%\Documents\Euro Truck Simulator 2 oder C:\Users%Username%\Documents\American Truck Simulator Ich würde mich über eine Antwort freuen!
