Based on the picture you have provided I can see anything wrong with it. But if you have Save edited the tail lights/brake lights you may be banned if they have been removed from your trailer but other that that there dosent seem to be anything wrong here

In answer to your question. no driving down the CD road you can drive at the speed limit. there is no problem with that. People cant force you to drive faster or not. You  are also not breaking any rules of you are going to speed limit here as 60 - 70 Km/PH is the safe speed for this road. It is also perfectly fine to drive realistic if you want to.
