    I like this idea too. But i am not sure about the Impact. I think that it could have atleast some impact since Players that Ram/Block on purpose just login quickly to get the timer started, so no effect there.

    I would like to see it disabled too for now since it can create quite alot of issues in Multiplayer. And since it takes time to get the events syncd it would be wise to disable it completly for now. Ateast on non-freeroam servers. Result? Decrease the incidents caused from it.
