+1 - This looks that it would work! Would definitely help with accidents, or to understand why people aren't moving after a collision.

+1 from me. This would be a great addition for the platform. However, some people may not want to use it. That is why I think it should be optional. Perhaps it could be on the truck configuration when you go to the service station? This would definitely enhance the realism that TMP is trying to have.

+1 At night, I struggle to see the buttons on the CB, especially with spring mod enabled. Having them perhaps glow would be great!

I completely agree with this suggestion! I have always wondered why it doesn't fix your owned trailer too. I can understand trailers that you don't own. But I feel that for trailers you do own, this would be a great addition to the mod.

Suggestion Name: VTC Recruitment System. Suggestion Description: I am currently in the recruitment team for Prime Logistics. When I recruit people, it gives me an option to recruit someone to the role of CEO. Obviously I don't want to be able to do that. I think that it should be changed so tha you can only recruit people to roles that are under you. Why should it be added?: It should be added so that there is no confusion when recruiting people to their VTC.
