Hello efetaym0606,
Police accessories are only available for Game Moderators + Upper Staff on all servers as well as Event Team members on event servers.
They are available to the public on special events such as TMP7 but other then that you cannot use those accessories.
To fix this issue make sure you do not have any police accessories on your car before connecting to the server!
