Forum is not proper place to talk about bans and thing related with them.

If you got banned you can appeal of your ban thank's Ban Appeal system. You can create a ban appeal here: https://truckersmp.com/appeals

If you already have created a ban appeal you need to be patient. Game Moderators have a lot of work to do.

If you don't agree with admin decision you can create a Feedback ticket but first try to appeal your ban. That's the best way to contact with Game Moderator who has benned you.
