First of all, welcome to TruckersMP Forums (help section)
I will do my best to answer your question.
- This you have mentioned seems to be a bug as you were bugged under the texture by a player that was probably in ghost mode (desync).
After you got under the texture and it started rotate your vehicle, the game suddenly recognized you to stay in the restricted area, but in reality you didn't stay there.

You mentioned that you had a problem, no worries I will try to help you as much as possible.
1) In your Steam library, right click on ETS2/ATS and then select 'Properties'.
2) Select 'Local Files' tab and then click 'Browse Local Files'.
3) Copy the directory path and paste it to the launcher in ‘Settings’ tab.

This is really known issue with new TruckersMP Launcher, I'm going to post you the solution below:
Go to "Settings". Press "Browse". Navigate to TruckersMP installation directory (default is C:\ProgramData\TruckersMP) Click the directory folder once to select it. Press "Select Folder". Press "Save".
If this does not solve the issue, follow the steps mentioned under "Failed To Download Updates".
Note:
It is possible that you will not be able to see the "ProgramData" folder. In order to see it you must:
Press "View".
Tick the box "Hidden items".
If it won't solve your issue, please contact some of us here as soon as possible and we can continue in solving the current issue

In regarding our attachment size it should be around 500 KB, if you don't have, try to check if you don't have any saved attachment in your profile.
It can be found - Profile - My attachments - there unpin the images or files you have saved there.
Keep in mind, that the forum does not serve for saving images, or uploading photos, for it you can use another website such is Imgur.

This type of issue is known here on the community as it sometimes might happen to everyone.
In case to avoid this AUTHENTICATING follow my instructions - >
Open the launcher as Administrator - > as you will give it a priority Verify all files in TMP client - > you can do it by clicking on -> It will automatically check your all files in TMP launcher, then click play.

My name is Petr, and I will be answering your topic and try to help you with your current issue.

According to what you have explained you encounter with FPS issue which is one from known issues.
Firstly, I wanna ask if you did some graphics update, because it could be cause by that, if the driver is wrongly set as there can be a betaversion of some driver.
I recommend you to set up thus settings as written down there.
Settings in - game
- Enable Vsync - is always better to having a Stable FPS Rate around 60 than often a Jumping between 180 till 45 or lower.
- Set Scale to 200% could be less 125% could be less
- Disable MLAA
- Disable DOF
- Set all following Quality Settings to hight, it do not have everything on max quallity - it depends on your components in your PC
- Disable Anisotropic Filtering by moving the Slider to the left Side.
TruckersMP Launcher
- try unclick some of them as Cabin Accesories in another trucks, Flags, and draw distance reduce to min.
- Development Logging
- Smoothing Distance
- Load Cabin Accessoires
- Load Flags
- Aditional Lights
- Draw Distance
Also please remember, that FPS will drop dramaticlly if you are close or passing a really busy area, once you have crossed the area you will be fine,
As last step you can try to re-install your graphics drivers or re-install TMP Launcher 🙂

I can recommend you these steps for solving your problem:
Are you using the new launcher - > + have you set up a correct path to the game? c:/Program files/TruckersMP Launcher Have you tried to launch the game as Administrator If nothing works, I suggest you to re-install the launcher, because there may be some corrupt files in it caused by downgrading.
For re-install please follow my steps:
Press the Windows Key + R (Win+R) on your keyboard Enter "%programdata%" and press Enter (without the quotes) Find the folder "TruckersMP" and delete that folder. Then go to Documents and remove these folders - ETS2MP, ATSMP Navigate to C:\Program Files\ and delete the folder named "TruckersMP Launcher" Go to our website and re-download and install the Launcher with admin privileges https://truckersmp.com/download/ Open The Launcher with admin privileges and click "Install Available Updates In any further assistence please let me know if your problem was solved.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who has the same problem. It only happens sometimes anyway, what about re-installing TMP Launcher, have you tried to remove all files regarding TruckersMP and install it again? If not, I suggest you to do that. Answer to your question/issue:
Firstly I highy recommend to start TruckersMP Launcher as Administrator As next please dont forget to check your internet conection (like ping) because this problem is expiring if your connection isn't reliable and your ping is maybe too high which causes into the server kick. - If it does not work, please re-install TruckersMP Launcher with deleting files in %programdata% - TruckersMP Folder
Please follow my steps:
Press the Windows Key + R (Win+R) on your keyboard Enter "%programdata%" and press Enter (without the quotes) Find the folder "TruckersMP" and delete that folder. Go to documents and delete this folders called (ETS2MP, ATSMP) Navigate to C:\Program Files\ and delete the folder named "TruckersMP Launcher" Go to our website and re-download and install the Launcher with admin privileges https://truckersmp.com/download/ Open The Launcher with admin privileges and click "Install Available Updates"
Also please do not forget to read common solutions below, that might solve your problem.
There isn't any specific fix which will fix the problem instantly, but there are couple common fixes which could help avoid getting kicked:
• Avoid using Wi-Fi.
• Avoid uploading or downloading and playing MP at the same time.
• Avoid doing Windows Updates at the same time.
• Avoid having too many users or devices at the same time into your network.
• Avoid using streaming services at the same time.
• Check your firewall settings into your router/switch.
• Prefer using servers nearest to your location.
• Try to talk with your ISP (Internet Service Provider) and see if you can come up with a solution. Ask your ISP if they support internet profiles such as "FastPath" or "Interleave" and ask for Interleave. Interleave will raise your ping but it will do more packet checks by your ISP.
Hopefully, some solution will solve your problem!

Answer to your question/issue:
I have checked all, and everything works fine for me, so there have to be a some problem on your side, please try to following solution posted below.
Have you tried re-loggin to your World Of Truck Account? If not then disconnect your WOTR acc from your profile and connect it again Information about your logged jobs can be found here: https://worldoftrucks.com/en/ - Log-in to website then click log book and there you should be able to see your logged jobs. You may know, that your profile account have to be connected with WOTR and for loggin jobs you need to take External Contacts.

I did not see, which error you got, anyway, I hope, we are talking about same error called ,,fatal error"
Answer to your question/issue:
Solution 1:
Have you tried verify your game ?
> Go to Steam Library
> Right click Euro Truck Simulator 2
> Properties
> Local Files
> Verify Integrity of Game Files
Wait until the game files are verified and try whether the error still occurs. (It can take up to 2-4 mins, depends, where you have installed your game)
Solution 2:
You should start TruckersMP as admin. This is really important. (Right click on your application on desktop - start as administrator)
Solution 3
Also you try to start TruckersMP with DirectX (64)
Guide:
> Go to your steam App
> Go to library
> Go to ETS 2 / ATS
> Click "Play"
> Choose "Launch with DirectX (64-bit). Make sure you chose 64 bit.
> Start ETS 2
> Choose your profile and press "drive"
> Close ETS 2
> Start TruckersMP as admin. TruckersMP will start with DirectX for all time. Except you change it again.
Also try to do a clear reinstall of TruckersMP Launcher
Press the Windows Key + R (Win+R) on your keyboard Enter "%programdata%" and press Enter (without the quotes) Find the folder "TruckersMP" and delete that folder. Go to documents and delete this folders called (ETS2MP, ATSMP) Navigate to C:\Program Files\ and delete the folder named "TruckersMP Launcher" Go to our website and re-download and install the Launcher with admin privileges https://truckersmp.com/download/ Open The Launcher with admin privileges and click "Install Available Updates"
Please I suggest you try these solution one by one, and if anything wont help, please let me know, and I will continue with solving your problem.

I want to add only, that do not forget to have latest version of GPU driver installed ❤️ Sometimes it can caused by this, because some of GPU drivers are beta versions, so. if
Also, you can re-install GPU drivers via Geforce Experience or AMD adrenalin, depends which graphics card you have. But if the problem occured only in ETS2 SP/MP, then it should not be cause by drivers

I am sorry to hear, that you are having a problem with crashing your game. Anyway, lets go to solve your problem, today im going to help you with problem, specifically ,, Fatal Error"
Here, I will post some possible solution for your issue:
Solution 1:
Have you tried to verify your game?
> Go to Steam Library
> Right click Euro Truck Simulator 2
> Properties
> Local Files
> Verify Integrity of Game Files
Wait until the game files are verified and try whether the error still occurs.
Solution 2:
1. Right click ETS 2 in steam
2. Select 'Launch with OpenGL'
3. Let the game run and try going into game.
4. Exit the game and go back to steam, right click ETS 2 again but this time select 'Launch with DirectX (64-Bit)
5. Again go into game and then exit.
6. Start TruckersMP up and see if the game stops crashing
If it did not work, then I recommend you re-install TruckersMP Launcher with these steps:
Press the Windows Key + R (Win+R) on your keyboard Enter "%programdata%" and press Enter (without the quotes) Find the folder "TruckersMP" and delete that folder. Go to documents and delete this folders called (ETS2MP, ATSMP) Navigate to C:\Program Files\ and delete the folder named "TruckersMP Launcher" Go to our website and re-download and install the Launcher with admin privileges https://truckersmp.com/download/ Open The Launcher with admin privileges and click "Install Available Updates"
After installing process, please click on TruckersMP Launcher icon on your desktop and launch it as administrator (right click - run as administrator)

I will going to write a few steps, that may help you with your issue.
Solution 1 - Verify integrity of in-game files
Go to Steam Library Right Click on ETS 2 Properties Click on folder - Local Files - and click on verify integrity of in-game files It takes a few minutes depends when you have installed your game (SSD,HDD)
Solution 2 - Start TruckersMP Launcher as Admin! - This is important and it may help you in some cases.
Right Click on TruckersMP Launcher (launch as admin) Solution 3 - Also try to start TruckersMP with DirectX (64)
Go to your steam App Go to library Go to ETS 2 / ATS Click "Play" Choose "Launch with DirectX (64-bit). Make sure you chose 64 bit. Start ETS 2 Choose your profile and press "drive" Close ETS 2 Start TruckersMP as admin. TruckersMP will start with DirectX for all time. Except you change it again. Solution 4 - Re-install of TMP Launcher with removing all the files

Not, you cant report both players in one report ? Each perperator must have own report, so if you want to report two players, you have to create 2 reports.
Also do not forget on this rule:
Rule §1.4 -
Spamming our report system with useless reports, reports using continuous freecam (Cam 0) to record or anything similar.

Today, i'm going to help you with your problem I'm very glad, I can participate in this topic.
There are many solutions about this problem, So I suggest you, try this solutions, which I have posted below one by one.
Have you tried make another account? Did it happend same? Do not forget, that your profile account can be corrupted by some mods. If you havent tried it yet, please create another profile and try it there.
If it did not work, then please follow a steps below
1. Solution
< Go to Steam Library
< Right click on Euro Truck Simulator 2 / American Truck Simulator
< Properties
< Local Files - verify integrity of in-game files.
If it did not work, then I highly recommend re-install TMP Launcher
2. Solution :
> Go to your steam App
> Go to library

> Update your graphics card driver to newest version
If it did not work again, then I highly recommend re-install of your game on Steam!
Make sure, you have saved your profiles from Documents - Euro Truck Simulator 2 - profiles / then delete full ETS 2 Folder Uninstall a game from Steam Install again Copy your saves to new ETS 2 Folder

Firstly, I should say, that settings truck+trailer stabillity is up to you^. Thats better to set up that by yourself. If I can recommend look at settings below ? But do not forget, that this settigs should be comfortably for you, while you are playing ?
I recommend you do these steps:
Going into console and setting "g_trailer_stability 0" then press enter (if you have not set your console, here you can find how to enable the console: https://forum.scssoft.com/viewtopic.php?t=61852 Then going to Options - Gameplay, the trailer stability slider is at max (would be 0.5)

This kind of truckmod, we can say (tandem) is not supported in MP. Thats only mod to singleplayer.
Many times similar/same suggestions was declined. You are allowed to drive with them in Singleplayer
You check out the Steam Workshop, but download the trailers, which are compatible for TMP. Check out the link below. You can use a mode that suits your like.

How to use:
1. Download the mod in single player;
2. To buy a trailer from a dealer;
3. LogIn to TruckersMP.

Also, please do not forget to visit this topic, that is about DLC, which are supported with TMP. You can find some trailers (Krone Trailers, Schwartzmuller) and map dlc, that support double trailers.

If am I right, there is no TruckersMP oAuth2.
But you can do it with your Steam oAuth (since TruckersMP accounts are linked to Steam) + TruckersMP API.
Here you can see, same question and respond by Developers^

Hey, there!
As have been said on TruckersMP discord, Simulation 1, Arcade have problem sometimes with server stabillity. For better playing you can use Sim 2. This is a problem, which you can not fix it by yourself
You should also read this topic, there is something about servers.
