Ello there,
It seems to me like you're having issue with DirectX 11 or Resharde, please follow the explanation below and it should fix your issue.
The issue you are having is due to an error with Reshade and DirectX 11. Therefore we have a solution that will help fix this problem. Please follow the steps below carefully.
-----
1. Head over to: https://github.com/mwl4/prism_default_depth_stencil_view_patch/releases & download version of `prism_default_depth_stencil_view_patch.dll` (according to your game version)
2. Copy paste `prism_default_depth_stencil_view_patch.dll` into `<Game installation directory>\bin\win_x64\plugins\`. If plugins directory does not exist, then simply create it.
Typically it will be:
- C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Euro Truck Simulator 2\bin\win_x64\plugins\
- C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\American Truck Simulator\bin\win_x64\plugins\
- D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Euro Truck Simulator 2\bin\win_x64\plugins\
- D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\American Truck Simulator\bin\win_x64\plugins\- You can also go to Steam, right click on your game -> Properties -> Installed Files -> Browse
3. Then Windows Explorer will be opened in game installation directory, go to bin, then win_x64, then plugins (if does not exist, create it), put `prism_default_depth_stencil_view_patch.dll` in here.
4. Run the game.
This should fix the issues you are having, and please keep us updated if there is anything else you need help with?

Sometimes when there are some connection issues might occur as well, downloading a VPN should also be helpful in case. - > https://one.one.one.one/ - download and connect to any available location and restart the launcher.
