    Not true about C# and the UI, C# with WPF or UWP can get you some nice looks, there are a bunch of UI Templates/Addons/Themes or whatever you want to call them, and all of them are free .... my personal favorite is MaterialDesignInXAML Just wanted to point that out ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
