Try deleting your Config.CFG in your Euro Truck Simulator 2 Folder in your documents and start the game and see if that happens still. To me it sounds like the graphics setting may need to reset it's self

Ill say try re installing TruckersMP and Euro Truck Simulator Or ATS which ever game it is then re install it all. I've had a similar Issue to this before and that solved my issue.
