When us admins claim a report, the user in question may have been reported by multiple users as shown in this screenshot:

We can only accept one report however we do look at the evidence from all other open reports and distribute a ban accordingly with all evidence. We will then decline the other reports with the reason "Evidence added to ban" to get them out of the system.
 
It could also be a case of, an admin has forwarded a report to an admin that holds the current ban on the users' profile and they have added your evidence to their ban.

If you did nothing wrong. You wont get banned. Simple. Making a post here, won't help you.

Admins are humans and have real lives too, you must be patient and wait for Bonnm to review your appeal. Complaining and asking here, will not help your situation.

This is because of the new update, unfortunately it isn't compatible with MP and you cannot downgrade to allow it to work with MP. You will have to wait until MP has an update... Sorry for the Inconvenience

What you see InGame is the users' Steam Name not TruckersMP Name

Im guessing you did it via the "config.cfg" file. In that case you would have to change "uset g_force_economy_reset "1"" to "uset g_force_economy_reset "0"" whilst out of the game and then reload.
 
However if you have the in-game console enabled, you can just press ` (Button above TAB and next to 1) and type "g_force_economy_reset 0"
 
After this your problem should be resolved.

The name on the website is different to the ingame name. This is because the game uses your STEAM name.

Everything that is implemented into the base game will always get put into MP, however it will take time as said above, the Devs are working on it.

What this is, is people loading DLC Truck Skins on the Car and it crashes people who don't have the DLC. It is known

Try doing this:
 
1) Go to your TruckersMP install directory.
2) Right Click "launcher_ets2mp.exe" and click "Properties"
3) Click on the "Compatibility" tab
4) And then select "Run this program as Administrator"
5) Start the game from the .exe or shortcut on your desktop.
Do NOT try launching multiplayer from Steam (as a non steam game), this may not work

You must activate the mod in Singleplayer and buy the truck etc (do whatever you need to do) Then go over to MP

As Name said, you need to select 'Opt out of all betas' this is because the multiplayer is up to date with singleplayer, when this is not the case, you will then have to change the game version

If some kind person does create this skin for you, it will only be usable in SINGLEPLAYER as the MultiPlayer does NOT allow mods. Hope it goes well
