  1. The delay on /fix is implemented due to the potential for abuse otherwise. While it is our ultimate goal to provide more features and perks to Patrons, removing our abuse-prevention methods isn't something that we plan on doing in the majority of cases.

  4. Ping is too variable a factor to introduce a limit like this. Currently we have 600ms ping auto-kick which is more for identifying disconnections and removing disconnected players. If we limited servers to players with <80 ping, it would significantly reduce the number of players who can use our services for no real reason. If you notice someone has high ping, keep your distance. If you keep enough distance so that you would be able to stop if the vehicle in front suddenly stopped moving, you'll be fine driving behind anyone.
  5. Hey, This is not something that we believe is necessary. Combined with the low upvote count, I will reject this suggestion. This is now possible to adjust with the in-game audio sliders.
  6. Hey, You can use Simulation 2 or Arcade if you wish to drive at a faster speed. Simulation 1 has a 110km/h speed limit as it is our core simulation server. The above servers are available if you want to drive faster.
  7. Hey, We do not want to limit what people can have in their names, just for the sake of making reporting easier. Having to report a user with only special characters in their name is a niche scenario. Also, as you mentioned, we do have /pinfo as a command for this very reason. Additionally, rule §1.7 states that: > Your name must consist of only alphanumeric characters without the use of different fonts or styles. therefore it is most likely that a user will have characters which you can replicate. We do not feel the need to limit usernames for this reason.
  8. Hey, We now have Simulation 2, a server which effectively meets your criteria for a casual server. The only exception is a speed limit of 150km/h instead of unlimited.
  9. Hey, While our rules state that local traffic rules should be followed, there are several that do not apply in a video game. Many traffic rule violations which in real life would lead to a fine, points or similar have no impact in TMP, some examples are: - Poor lane discipline is fine providing there is nobody in the area - Violation red lights / stop signs is fine providing there is nobody in the area - Speeding is fine providing nobody is endangered - Indicating is not required at any point - Driving in bus lanes/in a bus station is fine - Doing U-turns outside of designated turning spots is fine providing there is nobody in the area This rule largely refers to giving way to other drivers where necessary (red lights/give way signs) and merging rules. By linking to external sources citing traffic laws across Europe, we would be claiming that all traffic laws contained in said source must be followed. This is obviously not the case. We believe the rule is satisfactory, however I completely understand your point.
  10. Hey, Changes to the game physics made by SCS mean that the Scout becomes unstable at speeds exceeding 90mph. Addressing this would probably require a complete rewrite of the vehicle/vehicle physics and may well be impossible due to the nature of the game. We believe that the Scout is fast enough at the moment and can be driven faster than trucks in effectively all situations. On Arcade where there is no speed limit, you can still drive up to the point where the car becomes too unstable to drive.
  11. Hey, The load on feedback is never severe enough to warrant any real delay in replies, with the rare exception of Game Moderation Management tickets due to the high influx. Even so, we believe that these tickets are responded to in a timely manner. This is largely due to the drastically low number of feedback tickets we get compared to reports. Over a 7 day period, reports will tend to be measured in thousands, with feedback tickets in the 10s.
  12. Hey, Searching in descending order means that the newest reports / tickets appear first. We don't think this is necessary.
