Its been a quiet few weeks for me, working away IRL and also keeping my hand in running Events with Pries Logistics as well as helping out at the Truckers MP Christmas Convoy

 

We've also found the time to partake in the brilliant World of Trucks Gifts events too, which is always brilliant at bringing the community together to achieve some amazing goals! 

 

It is almost Christmas time, so I am going to wish you all a Very Merry Christmas, and a fantastic New Year.

Little over 2 Years and 1 week ago, I started playing Truckers MP full time, after being registered for a while, but hardly playing, after a friend nagged me into it. Looking back, I am really glad I relented!!

 

Its been one hell of a ride.

Who knows what is to come?

Exploring more of ProMods, something that I am sure is going to be an endless task. Which, is certainly a good thing!

 

Just after dropping at Lausitz, a beautiful Forest area between Berlin and Dresden, having a quick polish up whilst my next cargo is arranged. I wonder what area I will be sent too next?

Back in the driving seat again

 

The first day of a new Month. 8 Months since I started in Pries Logistics. What a journey it has been, from a humble trial driver, to Senior Event Manager.

 

It has been a bumpy ride at times, sometimes very challenging, yet I can proudly say I have met them head on, and not been found wanting. I truly believe that the VTC is at a very strong point right now.

 

Of course, I owe this a lot to my amazing team. @ConnBotUpfor56 [NL], @Sikret @Arix_@LimeLime05@CuteCat (Slakkie4x2) to name just a few as well as support from @NorthEastLegendand @Winter~without whom we could not be where we are today. I am exceedingly grateful to you all.

 

I cannot wait to see what the future will bring us, and I could not wish for a better team to face up to the next challenge with. Here is to the future guys.

Yesterday, we sadly said our fond farewells to Alpha Haulage LTD, a VTC that has been partnered with Pries Logistics for several monhts now. Between us, we have ran 3 Public events with well over 100 atendees on each, as well as several private events between us. Friendships developed, and close ties were forged, so to see them close down. has been a huge loss to us, and the community. It has been our pleasure to welcome some of their drivers into Pries already, and we are sure the good times will still be continued.

I have been constantly working on something for the Truckers MP Community, whether it be Events for my old VTC or my current one, associated duties, TMP Staff duties, or simply driving in convoys or with friends, pretty much every day, for almost 1 Year now. I think it is about time I took a step back to allow some time for myself. 

 

Today, I took leave from the Truckers MP Staff team as my first step towards doing this. This is one of the most amazing communities I have ever been a part of, I never, ever expected to be making so many good friends here, some of whom I am very lucky to even get to know in the real world. I am not going to single out anyone here,you will know who you are

 

I will never be far away, I will be back in the team soon. You will also see me around with my VTC from time to time, that will never change!

Chilling with @Coolio85inbetween CC duties at the Truckers FM Convoy

Sunday 2nd August, Pries hosted our second Cargo Convoy, transporting cattle and straw from Kaliningrad to St Petersburg. We stopped for a quick photoshoot on the Estonian - Russia border. Probably one of my favourite group photos so far!

Earlier this week, myself and a small group of friends at Pries Logistics took to the roads of ProMods for our most ambitious drive yet. 5,500KM from Bilbao to Murmansk without ferry crossings. We set off at 23:00 sharp and by 23:20 we actually left, after waiting around for a few others to sort themselves out, I found some trains. Quite how they got there without overhead wires is beyond me though  

 

We reached our end point shortly before 03:45 early on Wednesday morning, pretty much in one piece, and almost all together! It is fair to assume that this will remain a person record for quite some time!

I have been spending a lot of time recently driving in ProMods. Last night, I done a short journey from Sligo to Wexford, with a full load of Plumbing Supplies for a builders supply company.

Loving the Volvo FH Tuning kit as well!

 

I am sure I am not the only one who is very keen to try out the new Volvo FH Tuning kit in Truckers MP! With Volvo being my absolute favourite brand, I cannot wait for the upgrade!

 

For now, I am spending time with the other big Swede, this lovely Scaania S730, been driving her for a week now, and already nearly at 15,000K's! Sure makes an imposing sight on the roads!

Had a great time last night as staff for part of Real Operations 9 on American Truck Simulator. You might have seen me plodding around a construction site near Redding in the cute little skidsteer!!

My Convoy Group, Rock and Roll Convoys ran our 4th convoy this evening on Simulation 2, and it was a great success. We had almost 80 attendees! Running from Innsbruck to Bern, we traversed some of the most stunningly beautiful roads the base game has to offer.
