Good evening, After a lot of work put in by CaptainKostaZ over several days, we've finally managed to resolve the connectivity issue. I will leave the solution to be presented by him/the team shortly but I've now managed to get into both ATS and ETS through the launcher (downloading the required updates, etc.) and successfully logged in to a server in each game. Many thanks for the dedicated support. See you on the road. Vulcan

I'm on Windows 10 64-bit but it is activated/official. I believe it may have been upgraded from Windows 7 during that free upgrade period they had a while ago. I'll find out if that's relevant but if you're on Windows 8 and you're getting the same issue the problem may be related to something else. EDIT: Support are going to look into this further. I'm aware there's at least a handful of users posting this error in various subforums on the site. Let's give them a chance to look into what could be going on here, for now.

Yes; I'm met with this message when trying to install it. "Details .NET Framework 4.6.2 or a later update is already installed on this computer." EDIT: It's possible that I need to re-install it but I can't find a way to do this. I've tried that (both from the shortcut and the file itself in it's installation location). Same result, unfortunately.

Hi, I have a ticket open with TMP Support at the moment and a thread is available here. It looks like this issue might be affecting several users; it's worth subscribing to this thread for a resolution.

Unfortunately it doesn't, no. I tried re-downloading the latest available one and I received the same error message.

I can see there's mention of a new update this morning, but I can't find out where to download the latest launcher file (I'm presuming I have to as the error appears straight away when I open it and doesn't allow me to progress to the updater). https://truckersmp.com/blog/27 The launcher file I'm downloading from the 'Download' page appears to be the same one I've downloaded before, which unfortunately gives me the same results.

Thanks for trying but none of this has helped - I guess I'll have to write a support ticket and see what they suggest. I'll report back with the solution.

I've uninstalled ETS2 and ATS2, uninstalled and deleted all shortcuts related to ETS2MP or ATSMP (or TruckersMP), I clearly have the .NET framework installed according to Microsoft (I followed a link on these forums). No process is running (e.g. ETS2) that I can see.
