Those were not great answers at all and most were completely irrelevant to my issue at hand. Firstly, Drivers are installed and working correctly. The device is properly recognized by windows and up-to date. Nope, never mentioned wanting to record the game or anything about the xbox game bar. If I were going to record I would use better software than windows built in junk. This guy here I can tell didnt read my post because I mention that the controller is installed and working properly in other games. Also says that I need to make sure my xbox 360 controller is connected correctly when I specifically declared that I use an Xbox one elite controller. He then goes on to mention me connecting my headset. Not once had I mentioned audio issues or a headset. @Small Nan If you had read my first post you would have seen that it says it will not read button presses. This issue is current only in MP as it lets me adjust the settings in SP

I have an xbox one elite controller that I can get configured and recognized as well as play with in singleplayer. When I play MP it not only doesnt recognize by Xbox one controller(it thinks it's an xbox 360 controller) but it wont accept any inputs. What I mean by that is that the game doesnt read that im pressing any buttons whatsoever. This is of course only a problem with ets2, more specifically MP. I use the controller daily on my pc for a handful of other games without issue as well as on my xbox with no problems. Please advise further.
