Suggestion Name: ADD / Update Support Ticket Submission Confirmation Page Instructions (currently missing) Suggestion Description: Please update the support ticket system submission confirmation page to include communication to the original support ticket creator which provides instructions to visit back to their support ticket page. Any example images: N/A. Why should it be added?: There are currently no given instructions provided to visit back to the original ticket page (or any reply comment emails being sent out) and therefore a large amount of support tickets currently may not be getting resolved due to this missing information. Therefore more tickets may actually be getting created and again unsolved. How I experienced this (example): I was helping friend out who could not login to TruckersMP. He was unsure if he had an account. Therefore he created a support ticket but heard nothing through his linked steam email address. After two weeks we decided to create a new ticket and discovered this missing information which is quite vital to solving issues. Please do fix this.

Hi, This is what I see (notice I am logged out of both the forum and the website): On the forum when I click on that sign in via TruckersMP, I get taken to the main website login page.

Is this on the main web site or just the forum because when logging onto the forum, if I log out of the main website, it ask me to log in via the website with no other option to log into just the forum?

Question is in the title, how do I stop my account appearing in the "who's online" list?

To set the 800 setting, do I set Graphics > "draw_distance" : 800, ... or does it need to be General > "smoothing_distance" : 800,? Thanks

Can we increase the players spawn distance (draw distance?) higher than 500? Or is this limit set for server purposes? Thanks

I'll turn it off on the forum and re-set it up Certainly setting up the 2fa on the forum account doesn't provide backup codes :/ If I have issues with the forum account I'll just have to contact via support ticket.

Think it is excellent that this has been implemented. I have a query though; I cannot find the backup codes for the forum account? Are the backup codes on the web site account also to used with the forum? Just I have learnt to back these codes up in a secure place. Thanks in advance

@Haulvoc Are you on windows 7 or windows 10?

I also have this issue. Only with MP mod. I also have to manually end the process tree within task manager. Loading ETS2 and ATS as single player ... shuts down no issues. I am using Windows 7 x64 Ultimate. Not sure of the cause. EDIT: I use discord and run it in the background.
