      Por el nombre, debería ser este:

      https://truckersmp.com/user/390644

      La próxima vez que te pase algo así, puedes usar el chat para dar /pinfo 604 (cambiando el 604 por el ID que corresponda a ese momento) y tendrás el TruckersMP id del jugador, que es el dato que necesitas para mandar reportes.
