You cannot disable the speed limit as it is set to 68mph/110km/h by TruckersMP. Other drivers may drive faster than you could mean your ping is higher than other drivers whereas other drivers could have a better ping than you.

Bans usually last for a year and they are therefore not enforcable by mods, but the bans will not be removed from your punishment history. Aslong as you don't have 3 active bans within a year (or on another account), you shouldn't have to worry about getting permanently banned aslong as you follow the rules of TruckersMP.
