ok. thanks guys. but why is it not letting me sleep any where at any of the rest stops? not that it matters, im just curious

here the past two days or so iv not been able to sleep at any rest area in the game, with or without the fatigue simulation. I usually sleep so it resets the economy so i can use the cargo market and Freight jobs. but not it just keeps saying im not tired and it wont let me sleep. any help would be appreciated.
