Your best bet would most likely be following this guide. When it comes to trailers, I would just add money to your account and then buy the trailers in-game through the shop. Seems like a good addition to me, gives people without a microphone a more noticeable way to communicate. Maybe make it so when you are typing your name or number changed color to indicate you are typing.

This seems super cool, it would add an extra way for VTC's to get out there more. I think it would be cool if there was also a digital billboard in some places that can display four of five different advertisements (Scrolls between them every 30 seconds or any set time).

I feel that this would be a cool addition, reading a handful of posts people seem to think that it would be forced on all players, but I feel if it gets implemented then it should be an opt-in setting like in the base game (As the suggestion states). It would add a lot more realism to the game if people so chose to use it. I am a fan of the fatigue system as it makes it so you need to stop every once in a while and it's not just straight driving the whole time. It could cause a few more truck crashes here and there, but all in all, I cant see it being much more. As I feel the people that opt-in would take it (mostly) seriously and would get to a rest stop before it gets to the point of the screen effects and not being able to control your vehicle.

This seems like a cool idea don't get me wrong, but I see a few flaws that could arise from a system like this: You would have to be in a close viscountcy of the police car to read the text that it is displaying. There would be very few characters that they could fit on that small board. If it was set to scroll the text you would not have a lot of time to read what it says if you are driving 40mph+. In closing, I feel it would be a cool feature if it was added, but it would take a decent amount of time to develop for only a select few people (Game Moderation Team) that would be able to use this feature.

Seems like a cool idea! I think it would be nice to have a command for it, such as some listed above (/pc, /pinfo, etc), as wells as integrate it into the current tab menu. If it gets integrated into the tab menu I feel it will be used a lot more, as it would be a more user friendly feature.
