I did ...it's still the same.

I have the same problem ...actually i have this problem for 5 years , but until now i would just restart the game thinking that my computer is at fault ...well here i am with a new PC and i still have this problem but this time it happens right when i enter the server ...players won't load , can't type in chat but my friends can see me and i can drive through them . I tried reinstalling the game , restarting the router and everything and nothing works. This normally happend when i was in a busy area and loading a lot of players but as you can see , now it happens whenever i try to enter the server.

I didn't know were to post this , so yeah.... When im playing ATSMP ... It's always raining . EVERY SINGLE TIME when i enter ATSMP it's always raining. When i put the Rain probability to 0 it's the same... , well it's actually worse because it's sunny but it's still raining. screenshot : http://imgur.com/D6rhM2A (Sry if you can't see well...) When i try to play ETS2MP i got this error : Unsuported game version detected!To play ETS2MP you need to have ETS2 1.15s (Steam release)! How can i solve this? (Sorry for my English Btw.)
