Thank you for having this Q&A. I want to know what the best way to report people to the website, rather the in game reporting system. What format of video files, what kind of details do you want typed out in the report, are time stamps in the report to specific events helpful, ect. When a GM is opening a report that was submitted on the website, what would that GM like to see to make the report as seamless, difficult to appeal, easy open and close as possible? I believe the in game system is the best way, as the mod will be able to see every angle of the situation. However as stated elsewhere, they expire after 10 minutes to keep the queue reasonable for GM's to manage, because there are times it jumps pretty high. That can allow some serious violations to go unnoticed by TMP staff, at no fault of the staff of course. Which makes me wonder, is the TMP team able to review previous footage up to a certain time? Do the servers keep a certain amount of activity logged that can be reviewed for a certain amount of time before being deleted for newer footage? Reporting on the website, for lack of better words, can be significantly more work. Not a complaint, but like my day job, I want to do it the best way possible for the best results. So I guess TLDR: How can we report on the website in a preferred format that will waste as little time as possible, what detailed information do you want, and what tools do you guys have on your end to "process" website reports for in game incidents?

We should be able to use the special transports, just remove the escort vehicles like the rest of traffic and everything will be perfect! Otherwise I am getting a refund on that DLC, I cant stand dealing with the retarded UI of the escort cars. Edit: Or better yet, make a special server for the dlc.
