      They already have the names of the cities on the overhead signs on the motorway, but they have a crossed over line and a blocked off road too.

      But yeah, it makes sense that you can only get there via the free cam, probably because it was blocked off. They probably have the whole map figured out already therefore when they were making the initial two states, they knew the connections between these states with the next state (which would be Arizona) and added the signs before actual implementation. It'll be extended when the Arizona update comes out.

      I just quick traveled into Amsterdam.. It's highly recommended to avoid Rotterdam until all the crashes are fixed. (when it's very busy)
