3. In some cities, in the east of Austria, Poland, Slovakia and so on, the bug with traffic lights, they shine all the time red. This happens to me for the whole Europe. the lights never turn to green and is like lottery, if i win i can go through the lights without getting a fine

Mod Version: 0.1.3 R2 Controllers Used: Keyboard Description of Issue: Traffic lights are ALWAYS showing red, never Green and 1 time i saw yellow. But the color never changes. I try to continue with the red lights, in some of them i dont receive a ticket, but in others i do. So is like a lottery, and i can't afford losing 350E all the time. We are from Brazil, and we don't have this problem playing any other games with servers in USA or Europe. Message says: Disconnected from the server. Reconnecting in 10 seconds (something like that). Than never connect again and the loop ends. How to reproduce: I don't know Screenshots / Videos: None

Mod Version: 0.1.3 Controllers Used: Keyboard Description of Issue: When i press esc and i choose the "fast job" or the option to use my truck (i don't know the correct names in english, but the two options to take a job). There's no job to take. I only can accept a job by manually going to the company in a city and then choose the job.
