  1. It is all about your ISP . And maybe about your receiver?(if it is too old) If you have bad ISP, they have huge "package lost" It is main cause of this problem. When i connect my phone (H+ or LTE) i dont have this problem. But when i connect internet via cable and my receiver i have this problem. Do you use ADSL or FIBER? Whats your internet connection speed? Also you can check your internet type (fast path or interleaved) go your receiver website probably it is 192.168.1.1 then check the internet type. Mine is fast path.
