    you do not see the accident situation and bane people randomly, bad administrator ,  I got a permanent ban because of 1 accidentally hit

      you got permanently banned due to your History. However, we can't help you on the Forum since this is not the appropriate place. Appeal your Ban if you haven't already and wait for the Game Moderator to review it. Beneath i will give you useful Links & Guides.
