I was banned because of nametag, It was said that I should change that and report back. The name has changed but moderator does not write back for 4 days, what is this serice?

I have already made an appeal.
I did not overtake, the truck stopped and I had to dodge because I saw it too late.
I just said my opinion that one is banned for trifles. -
