We understand the nuisance caused by these repeated advertisements and how frustrating it is for individuals to be repeatedly subjected to this.

 

We are investigating other ways that this unnecessary spam can be addressed, although if it is repeatedly abused at present time, our team can take action under rule §1.3 if they feel they need to.

Yes, this would fall under our save editing rule as not only excessive clipping, as the trailer would be inside your truck to manoeuvre, but also that the front part is part of the special transport DLC, which isnt permitted on TruckersMP.

Ban durations were removed for user privacy reasons, to remain compliant under GDPR regulations which TruckersMP is bound by.

 

We have our own internal procedures and bans are audited by our team to ensure consisten standards are met.

We have internal processes that enable us to action this which we cannot divulge.

 

Once a user deletes their account, we have to remove public facing data which means you are not able to physically report them, however, if you're unsure, you can submit a feedback ticket and one of our team can take appropriate action.

The number of Game Moderators, and members of Management with Game Moderator privileges, varies on a day-to-day basis. There is no firm average number as to how many are online at any one time, as this changes quite fluidly. We can't offer you an actual statistic on this, sadly!

We're aware of the issues surrounding the reports timing out as you have highlighted, and are working hard behind the scenes to combat this as best we can. Unfortunately, it is quite a sizeable task and will take a fair time to yield a full result. All we can ask you to do is continue to report users as you do, or submit clips via our web report system so our Report Moderators are able to action appropriately.
