  1. Hello @Cluster.35 [TR]

This issue is covered in a truckersmp rule

§2.8 - How bans are issued

The first 3 bans are issued at the staff member’s discretion.

The 4th ban is thirty days.

The 5th ban and consecutive bans are ninety days.

Here is not the place to discuss your ban, you can appeal your ban here.
But regarding your question, I will quote a rule 5.3 from TruckersMP.

    Quote

    §5.3 - Appealing and filing a complaint

If you have been banned, you have the right to appeal the ban via the appeal system. If you feel that your ban appeal is not handled correctly or that you want to file a complaint against a staff member, use our feedback system. Prior to contacting feedback, your ban appeal must be Accepted, Modified or Declined. The feedback system is your last option. Any decision made by high ranked staff members will be final and cannot be appealed in another way. Any abuse of the feedback system can result in a ban from its use. Evidence for bans is required to be available for the duration of the ban plus thirty days. It is not possible to contact any member of the TruckersMP staff about bans that expired over fourteen days ago or a report that was handled over fourteen days ago. Complaints cannot be addressed privately with Staff members. You are required to use the appropriate system to fill in a complaint or appeal a punishment.

I hope I have answered your question.

    With respect, Nightwish

  2. What he said @MrSirViking

It is true that I was not from the team of moderators, but I really guess how busy their work is. Hopefully this decision has reduced their work a bit and as he said the Calais Duisburg road has never been a simulation The only option is an organized convoy in a special server passing through this path then it is really arranged. There will always be people who do not follow the rules and interfere, but this temporary solution is really good and I support it. Maybe all the way Kale Duisburg will be the best solution, although we avoid the simulation

  3. Hello @MADMEX955

You can try one of the solutions below

    • Avoid busy cities and roads
    • Avoid using Wi-Fi.
    • Avoid uploading or downloading and playing MP at the same time.
    • Avoid doing Windows Updates at the same time.
    • Avoid having too many users or devices at the same time into your network.
    • Avoid using streaming services at the same time.
    • Check your firewall settings into your router/switch.
    • Prefer using servers nearest to your location.
    • Try to talk with your ISP (Internet Service Provider) and see if you can come up with a solution. Ask your ISP if they support internet profiles such as Fast path or Interleave and ask for Interleave. Interleave will raise your ping but it will do more packet checks by your ISP.

I hope you fix your problem soon and enjoy driving without any problems

  4. Hello @chudopilka

    If that doesn't work

If you haven't used a VPN yet, you can watch this video

    I hope this helps you

    Hello @HaYDoWN01

    Solution 1:

    Download Ultrasurf. Play Ultrasurf.
    Open TruckersMP in administrator mode.
Install the available updates (only the first run with Ultrasurf), wait for it to turn on and the Launch button appears.
    Exit Ultrasurf

    Solution 2:

To check your game cache, go to the Library and find Euro Truck Simulator 2.
Once you find it, right-click and go to the "Properties" tab. This will open the properties tab.
Go to the third subsection, which says "Local files", where you will be presented with the following options.
Click on the last option to start the validation process.
This may take a few minutes. Once all files have been validated, if damaged copies are found, Steam will reload these specific files for you. If not, you will be greeted with a box stating that there are no errors.
You have successfully confirmed your game cache.

    Solution 3:

Press the Windows + R key (Win + R) on your keyboard Type "% programdata%" and press Enter (without the quotes)
Find the "TruckersMP" folder and delete this folder.
Navigate to C : \ Program Files \ and delete the folder called "TruckersMP Launcher"
Go to our website and download again and install Launcher with administrator privileges.
Open Launcher with administrative privileges and click "Install available updates"

I hope this answer has helped you to get back on rold without any problems.

  7. Hello @Raphael_TMP

It is quite difficult to distinguish de synchronization and hack. Things that are visible are if the person is in a traffic jam and easily passes through players, guardrails and other places that usually cannot be reached by simply driving. Or as the first video shows the player helping his friend and pushing him and he moves with ease, obviously using a hack.

it's really a desynchronization notice how a person goes through all of us and then crashes as he already sees people and his ghost fashion ends

Here's what really happens throws me for a while in the server writes me authentication I don't see anyone if I had continued to drive I would have thrown everyone out I was a hacker

I hope this answer and the examples to it have helped you understand how they understand each other

  8. Hello @billsama80

You must not exceed 3 trailers  and your trailers must not cause problems on the road also pay attention to the following rules.
Аlso these trailers most often have no weight

If you do not know how to do it, you can look these guide

    Quote from TruckersMP rules

    Quote

    §3 - Save Editing

Causing extreme lag or game crashes by save editing is not permitted. Extreme lag will not occur from duplicate parts unless the amount is truly excessive. If you save edit to create a very long trailer combination but cannot safely handle it, you are liable to be banned for reckless driving / blocking and recommended to remove the particular mod. If the Game Moderation Management thinks that your modification is not fit for our servers or negatively impact other people, you are liable to be banned until the modification has been removed.

    Quote

    §5.1 - Server Auto Kicks

Ping - If your ping is over 600ms to the server, you will be disconnected from the server in order to avoid desync issues for others. This ping check is taken as an average.

Away from keyboard - Being inactive for over 10 minutes.

Car with trailer - Attaching a trailer to your car (not including the caravan.)

Truck with caravan - Attaching the caravan to your truck.

Headlights - Headlights must always be on between the hours of 17:00 (5 PM) - 07:00 (7 AM).

Unsupported accessories - Using police accessories or any other unsupported items (Special Cargo DLC trailers for ETS 2 and ATS).

Local Mods - Using local-only items such as sound and model accessories that use the /home directory (this does not include addon hookups).

Excessive amount of accessories - Using an excessive amount of save edited items

Maximum amount of accessories for a truck: 100

Maximum amount of accessories per a trailer: 50

Maximum amount of hookups per an accessory: 25

Too many trailers - Using a modified trailer combination with more than 3 parts for ETS2 or 5 parts for ATS will cause the server to kick you, regardless of location on the map.

Negative cargo mass - Using a trailer with a mass lower than 0.

Mixing vehicle items - Using car parts on a truck, truck parts on a trailer or car parts on a trailer, and vice versa for each case.
