Reasons i can't see MP getting the Special Loads added
The routes are locked ( you can't change them )
You have to drive towards the middle of the road ( if you dont, you damage the loads )
They have a speed limit you must follow
You have to block & drive on the wrong side to make turns etc!

The problem is accidents? Man.. there are about 1.000.000.000.000.000.000.000+ video of peoples that doesn't drive normaly.. I mean NORMALY!. With or without special cargoes, there will always be many accidents.
- However, i'm speaking from the "I buy the DLC to not see black non textured trailer" side. If they add, i will buy, if not, bye bye!

I've got the Heavy Cargo and only used 3 times. Stupid dlc..
