    I fixed it my issue by breaking my game in several different ways, and just fixing one of them by dumb luck. My issue is solved, don't know how though :). thanks for your help everyone!

    Launcher is starting again! But I have the wrong version installed, I tried downloading 1.33, but it says I'm missing file privileges. http://prntscr.com/lsath4

    @Soul Knight Same issue, it won't let me delete it, now it says it's in use by the game, but the game isn't open

    @SkortiL [TR] I can't delete the file in step #3. Everytime I try, this pops up (https://prnt.sc/lsa6be). My game isn't open, and I've tried deleting it while steam is closed aswell.
