Sadly,the answer is no. Here are the mods that were allowed to use in Multiplayer:

The only car that can be used in Multiplayer is the Scout/Skoda car.

Since this name is not related to any law enforcement organizations, insulting, or political leaders,so i think this name is ok to use in-game.

the Scout car is only allowed on the EU#2(free roam) server.Only admins are allowed to use the Scout car on EU#1.
