As for ban appealing. There should be one admin who's job it is to specifically review any appeal made of the forum. That way, no admin can be biased towards their own decisions or be judge, jury and executioner on an appeal made against a ban they issued.
Bad idea, because the admin reviewing the ban appeal might not know what happened. The user could be lying. Then the reviewer would have to ask the admin who banned the user. But then that admin who banned him could also do the appeal when he has to be asked.

The thing is, if there isn't any guidelines then a user who blocks may get a two hour ban by a mod and another mod may ban someone who has done far less such as foul language may get a day ban.
In my opinion there should be guidelines, while each situation is different the main problems are the same, such as blocking, ramming, swearing, abuse etc. Moderators will then have to respond appropriately but will have a clear guideline so they know what is expected from them and what fair.
I also think users should be given a chance, the more times they're found guilty of committing an offensive then the longer they should be banned.

-1 Ep is not a problem its the drivers that go there and having to close ep might have to be a map mod which will not be passed and going to other ports takes a long time

As said before, admins can't do anything, for example if somebody rams you, then you report him and an admin watches it after lets say 10 seconds, he can't see anything wrong. So I suggest you record your game or use software like nVidia shadowplay and then post the videos in the report forum
EDIT: Also you don't see the admins often, because they use the devcam, so they can fly around and have their truck parked somewhere. You don't know if there is an admin there or not.

Aren't the bdf tandem packs just changing your truck to have a container on top and the trailers to look like tandems? At least the ones i tried

I'm not a coder, but what could be done is have the game treat these double trailers just like a player taking 2 jobs at the same time (Which is not currently possible, but I'm certain there is a way of removing that limitation). That way, when you drop one trailer off, the GPS will automatically set for the destination of the remaining trailer.
I accually am a coder, and when they are doing it how I think they're doing it it'll be hard. Because I also heard (haven't watched anything yet because I'm on vacation) that the two trailers have the same skin. Also I'm not quite sure if it's possible to modify something essential as the delivery functions.
I could be completly wrong though and could be talking trash, so lets wait for a dev to say if it's possible or not. If possible, of course +1 from me!

No, they are talking about your single player profile, your game save. The thing you select after you logged into the mp. You can download save files which have level 10000 and a lot of money.
