Can I just say quickly. It doesn't matter if he joined yesterday so there was no need for the argument so please try and tone it down a bit. 

@Reaper_of_death1981 Enough of that as well. If you have issues then please pm me and I will help deal with it. To avoid any future comments which isn't relative to this status update I will be locking it. Everyone is welcome in this community and you shouldn't feel like you're not welcomed here but besides that PM me if you would like to discuss further.
