  1. I don't see why this is open for discussion. Who's going to say this is a bad idea? Nobody. Please implement this.
  2. I have them disabled because they aren't synchronized with other players. If they were, then it would be a server-side thing and it wouldn't matter what my setting is. Please implement this. I think it would add a lot of immersion to MP.
  3. During a convoy, and only during a convoy, this command would be nice. But if a convoy is properly planned, then fuel stops would be a part of the plan. Preferably in places of low population so as not to interrupt other players. Neat idea. But on the whole pretty unnecessary.
  4. Any mods you have won't even show up when you log in to MP. All money you've earned in SP will still be in your save file, though.

21 mph is incredibly slow. In city limit should be 80 km/h or 48 mph. Global limit is 150 km/h or 93 mph. Which server were you playing on?
  6. In regards to realism: There is no Federal limit to how fast trucks can go in the US. However, a lot of companies choose to add speed limiting devices (governors) to trucks for fuel economy. The governors are typically set to around 65 MPH. In regards to gameplay: Setting a global speed limiter in cities doesn't make much sense in ATS. ETS2 Europe #2 it makes sense, but not in ATS. There just isn't enough traffic or issues with people causing issues for this to be a concern. If it ever does become an issue, then it should be considered, but until then I feel the limits should be removed completely. The roads in America tend to be far less curvy and the trucks themselves are less prone to tipping over than in Europe.
  7. I don't believe anyone actually answered the question properly. Per the rules: It's not allowed to place more items than allowed by default by the game (beacons, lights, horns or any other item). It's not allowed to place beacons and large horns on bullbars/bumpers/sun visors. Normal beacons are allowed only on the roof and on the roof bars. LED beacons are permitted where allowed by default, while normal LED lights can also be placed on bullbars and roof bars. The question asked whether the LED lights could be save edited onto the roof bar. Per the rules, this is allowed. The example picture showed LED lights in combination with normal lights in the same slot. The combination is not allowed. I hope this clarification helps! ♥ Misha
  8. Considering that special transport provides you with two AI pilot cars, I don't think it should ever be added to MP. Not only would the implementation of that be very difficult, I only foresee disaster with griefing if it ever got added.
  9. Would it be possible to implement automatically moving people to the nearest non-collision zone upon connection?
  10. This happens when your local game time synchronizes with the server's game time. It is highly recommended that you own your own truck in single player before joining multiplayer because this problem will happen from time to time. Once you own your own truck, you can sleep and restore freight market jobs that go missing after synchronization.
  11. I use a program called JoyToKey to assign one of my controller buttons to the X key. I hope this helps!
  12. I think you mean apply, not appeal. As for a demo, as with any radio station, they're looking for a recording of one of your DJing sessions. In "the biz", that's called a demo.
  13. 4th Year is Best Year, because I'm here! Happy birthday, TMP!
  14. Are you using FRAPS as a recording software? I’ve noticed that breaks the ability to open chat. Also hitting tab to have the player list open breaks chat and a few other things for me, too. Otherwise, I’m not really sure. I hope this helps!
  15. While it is true that 0.2.2.3.1 added global speed limiters, the in-town limit was updated shortly after launch. In ETS2, 150 Km/H is still the max speed outside of town. 80 Km/H is the max speed inside of town. In ATS, 100 MPH is the max speed outside of town. 55 MPH is the max speed inside of town. This cannot be disabled. It is a global limit. Every user is bound by these limits.
  16. Per the rules: https://truckersmp.com/rules §3 - Save editing rules §3.1 Truck modding It's not permitted to place more than one item in one single slot.
  17. English Version of .weezy's image at end of this post. I've relocated my ETS2 folder from my spindle drive to my SSD. In the process of doing this, I completely broke the TMP client for connecting to the ETS2 servers. I had to re-install the client in order to specify the new folder location. Maybe you need to re-install as well? I hope this helps.
  18. Yes please. Someone with the know how make this happen!!!
  19. Me? I don't. I actually prefer to go the speed limit and have the MP 90 Km/H speed limiter checked. But why do some people want to drive 180? Because it's larger than 150. Also, because they can't drive that fast in real life. Some people have a need for speed.
  20. It means you've been banned within the past 365 days, just like it says. It does not say "forever", meaning 366 days after your ban, you can apply for a position.
  21. I actually use the program JoyToKey specifically for this. My CB radio toggle is a button on my controller that I've assigned to X through JoyToKey. This has also allowed me to assign the X button to "Press to Mute" on Discord, so when playing with people who stream, I don't get heard twice for using the CB.
  22. Yes, but you see, my truck used to do 180 km/h and now it only does 150 km/h. 180 is higher than 150. Plz fix.
  23. Who says there has to be an in game warning? It's already in the rules. Just add a line that you will be automatically kicked for excessive horn use to the rules, then add the function into the client with the appropriate message explaining why they were kicked. Let the abusers learn from their abuse.
