Hello again, Assuming it's not faulty hardware (be sure your CPU is not overheating and every driver is updated) you can try disabling automatic windows restart on system failure. To do so, go on Control panel -> System -> Advanced System Settings -> under Startup and Recovery click Settings... -> uncheck Automatically restart. Hello, Have you tried reinstalling both Ets2 and TruckersMP? Does your PC restart with a normal restart screen or does it instantly shut down and then boot? (in the second case it would be probably a hardware issue) You can try checking your PSU, CPU temperature and GPU (also updating its drivers) and make sure no antivirus is interfering. You should also try performing a PC scan with some anti virus. Additionally you can check on the Event Viewer for anomalies.

Go to this folder: C:\Users\yourUsername\Documents\Euro Truck Simulator 2\ Find the folder "profiles(1.37.whatever).bak" and copy its content (not the folder itself) into C:\Users\yourUsername\Documents\Euro Truck Simulator 2\profiles Let me know if the profile works again. Firstly like Anriandor said, attach a screenshot. Even if there isn't any proof, for now, I can say that someone is using your steam account. Check your game library while that error pops out and see if some game is being played. If you see some game active, change the steam account's password, and possibly the email. I guess trying to turn on-off-on-off your lights could be a solution, maybe if it isn't a ping problem sending more packets that say you turned on your light can work. This could be a port or fw problem, maybe when a certain type of packet is received by his pc the firewall closes the listening ports used by ets2mp (exept for the essentials one that determines if the game is online) and the game is able to connect to steam. This could be a possible issue so go check your firewall exceptions and try excluding ets2mp. Another possible solution could be using a VPN because your game may not support a certain amount of players.

Have you tried looking in the error log file? I think that there could be some useful info.

Have you tried installing LATEST video drivers? If no go install them, if yes, can you post a vid(like Anriandor said)? EDIT: to install drivers, go in device manager, find your video card, right click, click on update drivers. It should do everything, but to be sure, go on your manufacturer's site and check that the driver's version is the really latest. Then restart the game and let us know.
