  1. Hello, This usually happens if you haven't installed Microsoft's DirectX. Head here https://www.microsoft.com/en-in/download/details.aspx?id=35 Download it and install it, after that reboot your PC and try again. If that doesn't work you might want to download Microsoft's official update related to that library. You can download it from here https://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/Search.aspx?q=KB4019990 Select Windows 7, reboot your PC and try again. If that doesn't work you can register again your DLL. Regards, Fede
  2. Hello again, you should go to a rest area and take a nap or travel to the nearest mechanic. That usually solves the issue. Regarding the command g_force_economy_reset have a look here, in case the above solution doesn't work: Regards, Fede
  3. Hello again, Assuming it's not faulty hardware (be sure your CPU is not overheating and every driver is updated) you can try disabling automatic windows restart on system failure. To do so, go on Control panel -> System -> Advanced System Settings -> under Startup and Recovery click Settings... -> uncheck Automatically restart. Then try again and let us know if your PC reboots again. Regards, Fede
  4. Hello, If you're just trying to sleep you can just use F7 -> enter and teleport to the nearest mechanic. Regarding the console, have you checked if the config is correct? You can follow this guide to enable it https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=614540037 Check also to have a compatible layout, as some layouts (such as ITA INTL) don't work. I suggest you use the ENG US layout and retry. Let me know if you managed to make it work. Regards, Fede
  5. Hello, Have you tried reinstalling both Ets2 and TruckersMP? Does your PC restart with a normal restart screen or does it instantly shut down and then boot? (in the second case it would be probably a hardware issue) You can try checking your PSU, CPU temperature and GPU (also updating its drivers) and make sure no antivirus is interfering. You should also try performing a PC scan with some anti virus. Additionally you can check on the Event Viewer for anomalies.
  6. Hello, assuming you tried to re-download all the required files, can you attach a screenshot of your Mods folder? Regards, Fede
  7. Hello, You can solve this using an auto backup profile made by the game. Go to this folder: C:\Users\yourUsername\Documents\Euro Truck Simulator 2\ Find the folder "profiles(1.37.whatever).bak" and copy its content (not the folder itself) into C:\Users\yourUsername\Documents\Euro Truck Simulator 2\profiles Let me know if the profile works again. Regards, Fede
  8. Hello, can you try to explain in detail the problem you're experiencing? If you're talking about the engine restart sound, it is being worked on by the developers as the new sound engine that came with 1.37 will be fully supported after a few updates. I quoted the devs here https://forum.truckersmp.com/index.php?/topic/96532-02270-released/page/3/ Regards, Fede
  9. No problem ;D Even if your English isn't the best it's all understandable so consider that a good goal.
  10. Just go on steam, settings, account, manage steam guard settings and click on disconnect all devices. With that, you'll avoid trouble. No support needed, let us know if the operation went succesfully. Hope it helped, Fede
  11. Firstly like Anriandor said, attach a screenshot. Even if there isn't any proof, for now, I can say that someone is using your steam account. Check your game library while that error pops out and see if some game is being played. If you see some game active, change the steam account's password, and possibly the email. Do the same if you don't see anything. Hope it helped, Fede
  12. That's a connection issue. Can you tell me what's your average ping? I guess trying to turn on-off-on-off your lights could be a solution, maybe if it isn't a ping problem sending more packets that say you turned on your light can work. There's a cooldown, maybe he needed to wait too much and his cargo would go lost.
  13. I think that's true. Many others bug reports treat objects that are missing part of their texture.
  14. Try turning off random events. If that doesn't work i suggest talking to an SCS dev and ask him to see the hitboxes in that area so you can see the origin of your problem. Hope it helped. Fede
  15. This could be a port or fw problem, maybe when a certain type of packet is received by his pc the firewall closes the listening ports used by ets2mp (exept for the essentials one that determines if the game is online) and the game is able to connect to steam. This could be a possible issue so go check your firewall exceptions and try excluding ets2mp. Another possible solution could be using a VPN because your game may not support a certain amount of players.
