  1. What you could do is disable or lower the development logging setting in the tab menu settings:

Tab in game>Right click>Click the cog>Select the development logging menu and select a lower or ‘off’ option and see if this helps you. It’s helped me and plenty of others I know with higher end PCs than mine

Note that when completely disabling this, you won’t be able to find the TMP ID of players from the spawn logs anymore- you should search their name on the website or use /pinfo (ID)  in game to make reports correctly.

  2. Make sure it works in windows first. So right click the speaker icon in your taskbar and pick recording devices, a window will pop up. Speak in your microphone and you should see the levels move beside your active recording device. If you see movement, right click that one and select , Set as default device. You've now made your microphone the default recording device. Start the game and it should work now.

  3. Hello.

If you encounter this problem, follow these instructions

    1. Start a command line as an administrator (cmd)

    2. Run the command:

    3. Wait, and then restart your computer

    4. Run a single game in x64 DirectX mode (Launch witch DirectX for ATS)

    5. Drive a short distance

    6. Exit Game

    7. Start multiplayer

  4. What you could do is disable or lower the development logging setting in the tab menu settings:

Tab in game>Right click>Click the cog>Select the development logging menu and select a lower or ‘off’ option and see if this helps you. It’s helped me and plenty of others I know with higher end PCs than mine

  5. 1. Click Start -> Run (or WIN+R)

    2. Type regedit and hit enter

    3. Follow the path HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\TruckersMP

    4. Look at the value parameter "InstallLocationETS2"

    If they differ:

    1. Copy the folder address from STEP 1

    2. Change the value parameter "InstallLocationETS2" (Insert the copied folder address)

    3. Click OK.

  6. Press the Windows key and R (Win+r) on your keyboard

Enter "regedit" and press enter (without the quotes)

    Navigate to "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Lsa\FipsAlgorithmPolicy"

    Click "File"

    Click "Export"

Save the file somewhere safe (eg. on your desktop) as a backup

Once saved, double click on "Enabled"

Set "Value data" to "0" (without the quotes)

    Press OK

    Close Registry editor and reboot

  7. If your Game is freezing for a long period it is because the mod Is attempting to its game time with the core game time. (SP & MP times are quite different)!

Go in company manager (this may be a pain) and fire all of your drivers first.

Save your progress then completely close the game

Go into your Euro Truck Simulator 2 documents folders and select/highlight the your last profile (look at last modified) then with it highlighted hit the delete button.  (Again I know it could be a pain)

Launch ets2mp and once at the profile section create a new profile.

please note: the reason for this process is because if your game never catches up or just crashes,  it is more then likely that your profile somehow has gotten corrupt hense will not recover unless it's completely removed.

Please let me know if this helps,  thanks!
