I got a problem with headlights ...

Hello, Today I get kicked from the Europe 2 server, because as if I didn't had a headlights on ... I'm in 100% sure that i had headlights on ! The same situation is every day... Is that bug or I missed something ? Regards, Matthew PS. Sorry for my bad english
