  5. Hello @RaDU_CoR, Additionally to what Leon requested, I recommend to check if both games (ETS 2& ATS) are already connected to your TruckersMP account. In case one of them is missing, then I suggest to go into your account settings ( https://truckersmp.com/profile/settings ), click on "Linked Games/DLC" and click on "Check Game" once.   6. Hallo @JustLutz, also die Taste wechseln funktioniert bei TruckersMP nicht. Die Taste "X" ist hier die einzig richtige und diese sollte auch nicht anderweitig belegt werden. Beachte zudem bitte, dass es auf TruckersMP keinen Ton gibt, wenn du die Funktaste betätigst. Wenn du X drückst und gedrückt hältst während du sprichst, dann solltest du unten rechts ein kleines weißes Lautsprechersymbol sehen. Dies ist der Hinweis darauf, dass du gerade zu hören bist. Falls du das Symbol nicht siehst, dann prüfe am besten in den Tabmenü Einstellungen einmal dein "Microphone Device". Dort kannst du auch testen ob du dich selbst hören könntest (wenn ja, ist das bereits ein gutes Zeichen). Es würde mich freuen zu erfahren, ob diese Informationen helfen konnten das Problem zu lösen.   7. Hello @xxxSTEPPxxx, Have you already tried to play in singleplayer and check whether those crashes happen there as well or not? Additionally, I suggest to try it with a new profile and see if the game still crashes. If it crashes again, it would be helpful to send a new game.log and crash.log file. Hello @boomza , Regarding your question about the trailer: Normally, players bring their own trailer and often the organiser of an event requests participants to use singletrailers only as they are easier to handle than doubles or triples. See also: The cargo doesn't really play a role in convoys. Players either drive empty or create their own job via our Truck Job Dispatcher (https://truckersmp.com/knowledge-base/article/1410) but when you take/create a job, then I highly recommend to not take a heavy load because it can cause bigger gaps in the convoy because when you are heavier, you need more time to speed up after turning, etc. Most of the time, there is no cargo specified for convoys. I hope these answers could help you and you enjoy your first public convoy soon !

  23. Hello there @RadarOgi, Unfortunately, this error message is a known bug from TruckersMP which happens randomly. In this case, our server cache didn't realize that you logged out and still thinks that you are online on our server (this mostly happens when players lost internet connection or didn't close the game appropriately). You should still be able to play on all the other servers except this specific one. This problem will disappear after some time, at the latest when our server restarts. There is nothing really you can do except to be patient and try to connect to this server again from time to time. I am sorry for the inconvenience and that I don't have any better news for you.   24. Hello @Astero, What exactly happens when you launch ETS 2 via our launcher? Normally, you should see the ETS 2 intro and then you should get asked for your mail address as well as your password from TruckersMP, does this happen or what do you see right after the intro?
