(These will be referred to as ‘RLC Event Staff player tags’) ‘TruckersMP Staff’ refers to Game Moderators and ranks above. ‘Event Staff’ refers to RLC Event Staff and TruckersMP Staff. Participants Rules The following rules apply to all participants of the convoy excluding Event Staff: Participants found using RLC Event Staff player tags or similar will be punished under staff impersonation. Using a player tag containing ‘RLC’ when you aren’t a member of RLC is forbidden. As long as it is safe, participants must catch up to the convoy if a gap is present. Participants of the convoy must ignore traffic lights unless it is unsafe to do so. Anyone, unless stated otherwise by RLC Event Staff, can participate in the RLC Convoy even if you aren’t a member of RLC. Participants must follow RLC Event Staff instructions at all times. A trailer is required to participate in the convoy. Participants that have a higher latency or lag during the convoy must drive towards the back of the convoy. Free Roaming is not allowed on the event server at all times. Beacons are not to be used in the starting location and destination although they can be used while driving. Horn spamming is forbidden without permission from RLC Event Staff. Convoy participants must only leave the starting location when instructed to do so in an orderly (one by one) manner. Advertising of any kind, without permission from RLC Event Staff, is forbidden. Participants must remain in a single-file line while driving in the RLC Convoy. Overtaking during the convoy is not allowed without permission from RLC Event Staff. Impersonation of any event staff member is completely disallowed. Event Staff Rules The following rules apply to Event Staff only: TruckersMP Staff are not allowed to remove RLC Event Staff from the server during the event unless they are seen breaking TruckersMP rules. Incorrect way, overtaking, blocking and out-of-bounds parking is permitted for Event Staff.
