    ah did i just get scammed? 

     

    i bought the new dlc for ats and install it and i had to re install the  whole game and the map for the new dlc is no where to be in my game ??  

     

     

    is there a version i have to go to to play the new map?

      I just checked, the new Oregon area appears in the map, opened the quick jobs market and found one with destination in Oregon, so I can tell that it's working for me.
